You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 24-48 hours.
Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to our return address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

We prefer the original receipt, but if you have the order number, we can look up your purchase in our system and process the return.
That's our mistake! Contact us immediately, and we'll arrange a free return and send you the correct item right away, or issue a full refund if preferred.
Unfortunately, due to copyright and licensing laws, opened software and digital downloads cannot be returned. However, if the software is defective, we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
